We accept all major credits, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay on our website.

For printed paper products: In an effort to ship orders as quickly as possible, you order may not be cancelled or modified once it is placed. If you need to update a shipping address, please contact us immediately at customerservice@thisbamlife.com. Please note a package intercept fee may be assessed if you need to change the order once it has been submitted for processing. This only applies to orders shipped by UPS. Orders shipped via USPS cannot be intercepted.

 

For t-shirts: Once an order has been accepted, there may still be a chance to edit or cancel the order, but only before it is taken into production. Please contact us immediately at customerservice@thisbamlife.com so we can try to cancel the order prior to it being taken to production.

For printed paper products: Orders are shipped by UPS and USPS. Products that weigh less than 13 ounces are sent via 1st Class Mail domestically. Orders weighing more than 13 ounces are shipped via Priority Mail domestically. International orders weighing less than 4 pounds ship via 1st Class Airmail. For those international shipments weighing greater than 4 pounds, we ship via Priority Airmail. Most orders are shipped between 3-5 business days.

Printed products are shipped within 3 - 5 business days. T-shirts are shipped within 3 - 8 business days. Unfortunately, the delivery date cannot be guaranteed at this time.

Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the products and the shipping destination. Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

We strive to uphold the highest production standards. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We accept returns when a product is defective or there is an issue with the quality.

 

If there is an issue with the product or print quality, we’ll produce a replacement or refund the money to you. The following are considered product-quality issues:

Incorrect size, color, product type

Incorrect design

Misplaced design (incorrect position on print area, incorrect print area)

Design not properly applied to product

The following are not considered product-quality issues:

Personal taste

Product doesn’t fit Unhappiness with color or cut

Low design resolution

To confirm any production errors, we’ll need an image of the product and the order information.

If the product does not arrive to the proper destination, a claim may be filed no later than 30-days from the expected arrival date. Once a claim is filed, the following actions will take place:

For untracked packages: we will need to confirm the address with the customer before we take any action. For accurate addresses: package will be resent unless the tracking indicates that the product has been delivered. If the package has been delivered, a new package will not be resent. Please contact us at customerservice@thisbamlife.com to discuss how we may be able to accommodate you. For inaccurate addresses: package will be return-to-sender (RTS) and we will manually place a new order once we have been notified by the customer.

Yes, all domestic shipments include a tracking number. Unfortunately we cannot provide a tracking number for international shipments at this time.

Yes, we accept returns. While we hope that our customers enjoy our Goods, we understand that periodically a customer may need to return an item.

 

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days The Goods are in the original packaging The Goods were not used or damaged You have the receipt or proof of purchase You identify one of the eligible reasons for your return: the product was misprinted; the product was damaged (excluding damages during delivery); or the product does not match the fulfillment information (e.g., the printed image is incorrect or placed incorrectly, the product is the wrong size, color, or type, etc.).

 

 

The following Goods cannot be returned:

The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized. The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over. The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses. However, please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.
